BREAKING GROUND
November 4, 2025

In September 2022, the Black Cowboy Museum entered into an agreement with Fort Bend County to develop a new facility for its operations. We are actively seeking support to secure funding that will enable our relocation, transition, and expansion into a larger space. Contributions to our Million Dollar Roundup Initiative are appreciated and will support this important endeavor.

OPENING DAY
JUNE 2017

The Black Cowboy Museum was established in June of 2017 in Rosenberg, Texas by Larry Callies where he started out in a borrowed location with just a few saddles and pictures.
